How this App collects, stores, and uses your information. Data stays on your device by default.
Overview
SubPad is provided by an independent developer to help you track subscriptions on your device. We care about your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
What we collect
The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
Subscription names, amounts, billing dates, categories, payment sources, notes, and payment history you enter are stored on your device, including shared App Group storage used by the Home Screen widget.
Storage and sync
- In the current version, data stays on your device by default and is not uploaded to our servers.
- iCloud sync is not enabled in this version.
- To move to a new device, use CSV export and CSV import in the App Settings.
Permissions and system features

| Face ID / passcode | If you enable app lock, authentication happens on-device; we do not receive biometric data |

In-app purchases
- SubPad Pro is a one-time purchase completed through the Apple App Store
- We do not receive your payment card details or Apple ID password
- Purchase status is verified by Apple and stored on your device; use Restore Purchases in Settings
Third parties and tracking
- The App has no third-party ads
- We do not use cross-app tracking
- We do not sell your data
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy
Deleting your data
- Delete individual subscriptions to remove those entries
- Uninstalling the App removes data from your device; App Group data is generally cleared as well
Policy updates
We may update this policy and publish the new version in the App or on this page. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
